A: Because each pair is handmade to order, we begin creating your earrings right after your purchase. This means orders cannot be canceled or changed once they’ve been placed. However, if you contact us immediately after ordering, we may be able to assist before production begins.

2. Shipping

Q: What shipping options do you offer?

A: We offer US Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) and US Priority Shipping (1–2 business days).

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! International orders usually arrive within 3–15 business days, depending on your location.

Q: What if my order is lost in transit?

A: If 10 days pass and your order hasn’t arrived, contact us. We’ll either issue you a refund immediately or ship replacements within 24 hours.

3. Returns & Refunds

Q: Are earrings returnable?

A: All earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons. Earrings are meant for one person only, and we don’t resell or exchange worn pieces.

Q: What if my earrings arrive damaged?

A: If your earrings arrive damaged, email us at rockie@rockierain.com within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item(s). You’ll be able to choose either a refund or merchandise credit. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days and merchandise credits will be available immediately after contacting us.

Q: What happens after an order is refunded?

A: Customers receive an email notification once a refund is processed. Payments are returned to the original bank or card in the same currency used at checkout. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days.

Q: Do you provide return shipping labels?

A: Yes. Once we confirm your order details, we’ll generate a free return shipping label for you.

A: Our earrings are handmade with resin or acrylic and feature sterling silver hypoallergenic hooks for sensitive ears.

Q: Will my earrings look exactly like the photos?

A: Each pair is handmade with love, so no two are exactly alike. Slight variations are part of their uniqueness.

Q: How should I care for my earrings?

A: Store in a dry place, avoid submerging in water, and keep away from harsh chemicals to maintain their sparkle.

Q: What is an Earring Moodboard?

A: It’s a digital styling guide that shows imaginative outfit ideas for your earrings, designed in Rockie Rain’s whimsical styling direction.

Q: How do I purchase one?

A: Moodboards can be added to your cart and are delivered digitally via email within 48 hours after purchase.

Q: Are Earring Moodboards returnable?

A: All Moodboards are final sale. If you’re not satisfied with the looks, your Personal Stylist will provide a one-time remake.
